Reporting directly to the CEO, own day-to-day communications and brand marketing activities for global organization (30+ facilities worldwide, 3500+ employees, €700M annual sales).


Establish and maintain global content and channel strategies for internal communications (culture-building + retention) and external promotion (brand awareness + recruitment). Focus on creating meaningful engagement and connection through multimedia content and storytelling, including developing new channels and formats to maximize audience response. Also responsible for brand creative and style guidelines.


Create strategy-driven thought leadership program for CEO, including internal and external message development, planning and hosting town halls, implementing informal "coffee chat" sessions, and executing strategy to grow external presence/influence.
